During the call, we review the setup you use now. Afterward, you receive a written plan that explains what is working, what needs attention and what we recommend.
Most sessions take about about 2 hours. If your situation needs more time, we will discuss the additional cost with you before we continue.
Your appearance is more than the person on camera. We look at the pieces that shape what people see and hear.

If the Diagnostic shows that an upgrade makes sense, Media Performance Insights can recommend the right equipment, have it shipped and schedule another virtual session to walk you through the installation.
